About Paola

For most of my life, I have lived and worked in Europe, where food was never viewed simply as calories and health was never reduced to restriction.

The Mediterranean way of living taught me that health is about much more than food.


It is about nourishment, connection, movement, rest, pleasure and learning to live in partnership with our bodies rather than in constant conflict with them.


As a chemist, author and Mediterranean nutrition educator, I believe women deserve to understand what is happening inside their bodies—not fear it, blame it or punish it.


My work is designed to complement medical care, helping women create habits that support heart health, metabolic wellbeing, hormonal balance and lasting confidence.

What Is Mediterranean Wellbeing?

Mediterranean Wellbeing is more than food.


It is a practical approach to health inspired by the traditions of Mediterranean cultures and grounded in the understanding that wellbeing is built through everyday habits.

No.

My work complements medical care—it does not replace it.


Is this a diet?

No.

Mediterranean WellbeingTM is not a restrictive plan.
